CHAPTER XII1.

OF THE CREATION OF BEASTS AND ANIMALS.

ON Friday eve God created them2, and therefore animals can see at night as well as in the day time. Others say that they were all created in the morning, and that God created Adam after them on the sixth day, which is Friday.
