If you checked off 'no shipping address' when ordering at PayPal please email us your shipping address immediately. If no shipping address appears in the invoice, and we are unable to contact you and obtain your shipping address within 24 hours of your order, we will have to refund your order. Avoid delays in shipment. Did you provide a P.O. Box and a street address? We need to ship to one address or the other. Is your PayPal address different than your desired shipping address? Take a look at the invoice which has just been emailed to you and double check that the shipping information we have recieved from you is correct. If you spot any problems, please Contact us promptly so we can have the package delivered to the correct address.

When will my shipment arrive?

Complete information about the expected ship date of your order and the estimated time it will take to arrive at your location has been sent in the confirmation email.

Standard shipments within the US are by US Postal Service 3 day Priority. Normally this takes about one to two working days in California, and three working days to all other points in the continental United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, take slightly longer. Shipments to APO addresses will depend on where you are physically located.

If you purchased an upgrade or the 3.0 CD-ROM and the delivery point is within the US, it will be sent by first class mail, which normally takes about a week.

International shipments are by standard airmail. Normally this takes seven to fourteen working days. Shipments to Canada and Western Europe take about seven working days. Shipments elsewhere may take more time depending on the local postal service.

Note that shipments during December may be delayed as much as two weeks during the peak mailing season.

If your CD-ROM does not arrive in that period of time, please email us promptly. A few shipments each year get lost in the mail, and when they do, we can reship a copy immediately.

Important: If you are in Canada, and only supplied a business name, please email us promptly and let us know the name of a person to ship to. Canadian postal regulations require a name of a person and a business if a package is being shipped to a business. If you don't supply this information, we will have to HOLD your order until you contact us.
